01Who we are
This website belongs to TCES MENA, the Middle East arm of Transcontinental Energy Services (TCES), with its corporate office at 2700 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 2450, Houston, TX 77056. This policy covers this website only. The TCES United States site at tces.us has its own terms.
02What this site collects
Very little. You can read every page without creating an account or telling us who you are. The site has no sign-in, no newsletter sign-up and no database of visitors.
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives the technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address and browser type. This site does not use them to identify you or build a profile.
03The quote form
When you press Send Request, the form does not send anything to us. Your browser opens your own email app with a message already filled in from what you typed. Nothing reaches TCES until you choose to send that email yourself, and the website keeps no copy of it.
04Information you send us
If you email us at sales@tces.us, call us, or send a CV, we use what you share only to:
- reply to your enquiry,
- prepare a quote or proposal for the work you describe, and
- consider your application, if you are applying for a job.
We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
05Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name tces-theme, so the site looks the way you left it next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
06Fonts and photos
Two outside services help display these pages, so your browser connects to them directly when you visit:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) supplies the typefaces. See the Google privacy policy.
- Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) serves the photographs. See the Unsplash privacy policy.
As with any web request, these services receive your IP address and basic browser details so they can deliver the files.
07Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you from your emails or calls, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@tces.us and we will respond.
08Changes to this policy
If the way this site works changes, for example if the quote form starts sending requests directly, we will update this page and the date at the top.
