Everyone home.
Every shift.

Safety isn’t a department at TCES MENA. It’s the first item on every job plan, backed by the TCES Corporate HSE Policy and owned by every person on location.

Our HSE commitment

We protect the health and safety of everyone our work touches, and we work every day towards zero incidents.

TCES is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees, its contractors, visitors to its sites, and members of the public affected by its activities.

The Corporate HSE Policy keeps the company’s leadership actively involved in its HSE Management System. The emphasis is a positive safety culture, where people look out for each other and work towards a zero-incident environment.

03 On location

Four rules on every location.

Policy matters when it reaches the pad. These four hold on every TCES MENA job, whatever the well and whoever the operator.

  1. 01

    Pre-job safety meetings

Hazards, roles and the plan are walked through with the whole crew before work starts.

  2. 02

    Stop-work authority

Anyone on location can stop a job they believe is unsafe, with no pushback.

  3. 03

    Inspected before it rolls

Equipment and tools are checked in the yard, not discovered faulty on location.

  4. 04

    Care for the pad

Spill prevention, containment and clean-up are part of the plan from day one.

Stop-work authority

Anyone can stop the job.

Anyone on location, from the newest hand to the supervisor, can stop a job they believe is unsafe, with no pushback.

04 Environment

Care for the ground we work on.

Environmental care is planned into the job alongside safety, not added after it.

  1. 01

    Spill prevention and containment

Containment goes down before fluids move. Lines, tanks and connections are checked so that what comes out of the well stays in the system.

  2. 02

    Care for the pad

Housekeeping and clean-up are planned with the job, not left for the end of it. The location is handed back tidy.

  3. 03

    Less flaring, better measurement

During flowback and well testing, accurate separation and measurement help operators flare less and decide on measured rates rather than estimates.

Safety in the plan, from day one.

Share the scope and the site. We’ll bring the HSE plan, the prequalification pack and the crew to match.
