Build the local crew.

Our goal in every market is a crew from that market. We hire and train Saudi, Emirati, Omani, Bahraini and Kuwaiti talent to work alongside supervisors with U.S. field experience.

01 Why TCES MENA

Learn it on location.

The work is learned in the field, next to people who have done it. That is how we train every crew.

  1. Learn from U.S. field experience

Work alongside supervisors who have run well testing, flowback and completion jobs in the U.S. field, and pass on how it’s done.

  2. Safety first, stop-work authority

A pre-job safety meeting on every job, and the authority to stop any work you believe is unsafe, from your first day.

  3. Real equipment, live data

High-pressure surface equipment, test separators and a data acquisition system that streams the well as it flows.

  4. Grow with a new regional team

TCES MENA is building its crews market by market. Join early and take on more as the team grows.

03 How we build crews

Every market,
its own crew.

The people running the work in each country should come from that country. Supervisors with U.S. field experience work beside them to pass on what they know.

Email it with the role and the country you want to work in.

  2. Conversation

A call with the team about your experience, the work and where you could fit.

  3. Assessment & safety induction

A technical assessment for the role, then a safety induction before you go near a location.

  4. Field training

Training on location alongside experienced crews, until you’re ready to run the work yourself.
